can anyone help me?

im going to try to get into a photography contest at my work for the annual calendar, i have to have my photos in high-resolution (210 mm X 297 mm at 300 dpi) i dont want to admit it but i merely take pictures paying no attention to size and quality at this point im a hobbiest more than a photographer. I do not know if my camera is even capable of this... i have a coolpix 4200, can anyone tell me if my camera is capable of this and if it is, how the heck do i get them to that size and dpi?

i really want to enter the contest badly the calendar is shipped around the world and photographer is credited as well...it would be really good for me.

any help appreciated
